1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 3W Travels services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms include:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• Prices are quoted in AED and are subject to change without prior notice
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the tour date: 100% refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund
• No-shows or late arrivals: No refund
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

4. Tour Modifications

3W Travels reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide the best available alternative or offer a full refund.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal information during booking
• Having valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)
• Arriving at pickup points on time
• Following safety instructions provided by tour guides
• Respecting local customs and regulations

6. Liability and Insurance

3W Travels carries public liability insurance for all tours. However, we recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance. We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property unless caused by our negligence.

7. Health and Safety

For your safety:

• Inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements
• Some activities may not be suitable for pregnant women, children, or people with certain health conditions
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff
• Participate in activities at your own risk

8. Photography and Media

By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in any promotional material, please inform our staff.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of 3W Travels and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
