1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any of our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Important: These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, mobile app, phone, or in-person at our offices.

2. Definitions

Company:3W Travels and its affiliated entities
Services:Travel booking, planning, documentation, and related services
Customer:Any individual or entity using our services
Supplier:Airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel service providers

3. Booking Terms

Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from suppliers
  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours
  • It is your responsibility to check all details in the confirmation

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless mentioned as exclusive
  • Payment must be made as per the booking terms (full or partial)
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings for non-payment

Price Changes

  • Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or tax changes
  • We will notify you of any price increases before final confirmation
  • You have the right to cancel if you don't accept the price change

4. Travel Documents & Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents:

  • Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity
  • Appropriate visas for destination countries
  • Health certificates and vaccinations as required
  • Travel insurance (highly recommended)
  • Any special permits for specific activities or regions

Note: We provide visa assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa rejection does not entitle you to a full refund of our service fees.

5. Liability & Limitations

Our Responsibilities

  • Arrange travel services as per confirmed bookings
  • Provide accurate information based on supplier data
  • Assist with booking modifications and cancellations
  • Provide 24/7 emergency support during travel

Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for supplier failures, delays, or cancellations
  • Not responsible for personal injury, illness, or death during travel
  • No liability for loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Force majeure events are beyond our control
  • Maximum liability limited to the total booking value

6. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation by Customer

  • Must be requested in writing (email or letter)
  • Cancellation charges as per our refund policy apply
  • Supplier cancellation terms will also apply
  • No refund on no-shows or unused services

Cancellation by Company

  • We may cancel due to insufficient participants
  • Full refund or alternative options will be provided
  • Notification will be given as early as possible
  • Not liable for consequential losses

Changes to Bookings

  • Changes subject to availability and supplier policies
  • Change fees may apply in addition to fare differences
  • Some bookings may be non-changeable
  • Changes close to departure may not be possible

7. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to:

  • Behave respectfully towards suppliers, guides, and other travelers
  • Follow local laws and customs of destinations visited
  • Arrive on time for all scheduled services
  • Provide accurate information for bookings and documentation
  • Take reasonable care of provided equipment or services

Warning: We reserve the right to terminate services for customers who engage in inappropriate behavior, illegal activities, or who pose a risk to others. No refund will be provided in such cases.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Lost or stolen luggage and personal effects
  • Flight delays and missed connections
  • Adventure sports and activities (if applicable)

Travel insurance should be purchased at the time of booking to ensure maximum coverage. We can assist with insurance recommendations but are not liable for policy limitations.

9. Disputes & Governing Law

Dispute Resolution

  • Complaints should first be addressed to our customer service team
  • We aim to resolve all issues amicably and fairly
  • Mediation will be attempted before any legal proceedings
  • Legal disputes subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi courts

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or industry standards. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised date.

Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms regularly.
